DTTP 2.0
Two AI-native cohorts. 82% interview rate. 192 jobs tracked within 12 months.
The first AI-native DTTP cohort.
DTTP 2.0 ran from September 2024 to August 2025 across two cohorts: AI Product Management (Jan to Mar 2025) and No-Code & Web Development (May to Aug 2025). It was WIL's first fully AI-powered program. Every participant used AI tools for learning, portfolio work, and job search. 290 participants, 192 completions, 82% interview rate, 49% women, and 94% inclusive cohort participation.
82% interview rate.
The industry baseline interview rate for tech job seekers is 2 to 5 percent. DTTP 2.0 participants hit 82%. The mechanism was pairing the five-phase framework with AI tools across the whole job search. Not a chatbot bolted onto a bootcamp.
- AI-optimised resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios shipped before the first application
- Mock interviews with real-time AI feedback on content, delivery, and confidence
- AI matching applications to real openings at WIL employer partners
- 12-month outcome tracking against employer records
- Result: 82% interview rate (16 to 40 times the 2 to 5 percent baseline)
