Overview

The first proof of the Training-to-Outcome Framework.

DTTP 1.0 was WIL's first program. It ran from April 2023 to March 2024 across three cohorts: Product Management, Web Development, and UX/UI Design. We trained 500 participants, 420 completed the program, and half of all graduates had jobs within four months. This is where the Training-to-Outcome Framework was built and tested.
